US Mortgage application on the rise

US Mortgage application levels hit their highest mark since July 2005 according to figures released by the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Despite the sub-prime mortgage disaster in the US, mortgage applications rose by a seasonally adjusted 2.5 percent to 811.8 in the week ended December 7.
